The Trifold

The Trifold turns the humble gable into a design statement. Three distinct pitched rooflines rise across the façade — garage, entry, and living wing — creating a rhythm and depth rarely seen in single-storey builds. Grey charcoal brick anchors each gable end, while cream render panels fill the spaces between, lit by warm wall sconces that give the home a glow after dark. The recessed central entry, framed by twin sconces and a feature louvred door, sits centred in the composition like a full stop on a perfectly written sentence. Wide, flat lawns and understated landscaping keep the eye moving across the full width of the façade.
