The Strata

The Strata introduces something the rest of the Nice Builds range doesn't have — natural stone. Irregular stone cladding panels flank the façade in warm sandy tones, bringing a raw, tactile richness that no render or brick can replicate. Smooth cream render fills the spaces between, keeping the composition refined rather than rustic. A double-height void on the right side of the façade is framed in steel-gridded glass, offering a glimpse of the sculptural staircase and chandelier within — architecture visible from the street, deliberately so. An open balcony with a slim glass rail sits above the entry, bringing the master suite to the front of the home with the kind of presence usually reserved for prestige estates. After dark, recessed soffit lighting across two canopies and warm wall sconces transform the façade into something cinematic — a home that performs as much as it shelters.
